Please note, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Lockers.

You will be contacted if shipping details are outside Metropolitan areas.

In general, deliveries to major cities typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. For more remote areas, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please note that we are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Back Orders:

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. In the rare event that we can't dispatch your order within our usual timeframe, we'll notify you promptly within 2 business days.

Attention to Delivery Details:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address details may incur a redelivery fee.
  • By authorising goods to be left without a signature, you assume full responsibility in case of loss or theft from your property.
  • We regret to inform you that we only deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Orders for delivery to other countries are not accepted.
